1. What is Kisner Systems LLC?
Kisner Systems LLC is based in Northern Virginia, and has been bringing IT solutions to the area since 2005.
We are the company you come to when you have information technology issues that need resolved but don't have
a large IT budget. We specialize in small office/home office to medium business information technology
solutions. We work with you to get the solutions needed at a price that fits your budget.
2. What types of support does Kisner Systems LLC provide?
Kisner Systems LLC provides the type of support your business needs when and how it needs it. We work with
you to customize our solutions to best fit your needs and budget. To do this we have come up with three
Service Plans:
BASIC,
EXTENDED and
EXTENDED +. Each has its points and we highly suggest
looking at each one closely on our
Pricing Page.
3. What is the BASIC support that was mentioned earlier?
BASIC support is were every business starts out. There are no contracts or pre-existing agreements with
Kisner Systems LLC. You are charged a flat rate for all services rendered, except for what
falls under Other Services on the
Services Page. You are invoiced for each time we
are called to your business.
4. What is EXTENDED support that was mentioned earlier?
EXTENDED support is where you want to be if you have more then three IT issues a month. Here you get priority
response over
BASIC businesses and the work per hour costs less. With
EXTENDED you aren't invoiced
for every call, like with
BASIC, but use Support Credits. Check our
Pricing Page for more details.
5. What is EXTENDED + support that was mentioned earlier?
EXTENDED + support is where you get the most value for your dollar. Here you get the highest priority of
response to your issues and your work per hour costs are the lowest. Your business is charged a small fee per month
for the added value which can be billed quarterly or bi-annually.
6. What is a Support Credit?
A Support Credit is a unit purchased by you which is equal to 1 hour of work by Kisner Systems LLC personnel.
It can be purchased in different amounts based on which service plan you are a part of. Support Credits are
not used for BASIC businesses, but are used for EXTENDED and EXTENDED + businesses.
7. What happens if I run out of Support Credits?
Kisner Systems LLC will keep track of how many Support Credits you have. When your account gets to 5 credits we will
contact you to find out how many more credits you would like to purchase. Another option is, with a credit card, to
enroll with our auto debt system. When you get to 5 credits we will send you an email and auto debt your credit card.
8. What is a Business Services Evaluation mentioned on the Services Page?
A Business Services Evalution is the following. We bring in one of our trained consultants to take a look at your every
day business expenses, such as telecom, data, and utilities. We try to find the right vendors at the right prices for
you. If you think you are paying to much, you probably are. Let our consultants find where you can save the most money
on your everyday expenses.
