Kisner Systems is dedicated to providing quality support and services to your business
at reasonable prices. We have created three levels of support to fit your needs and budget. These levels are
BASIC, EXTENDED and EXTENDED +.
At BASIC all services are billed at the price indicated. For
EXTENDED and EXTENDED + we use Support Credits. Each
credit represents 1 hour of work by our personnel and comes in the groups indicated below. See our
Service Plans for more details on each plan.
Your business may change plans at anytime. When moving from one plan to another all Support Credits, if any, are used
before the new plan is started.

All businesses start at this plan level. There are no contracts or pre-existing agreements between you and Kisner Systems. You are billed within a few days after the repair, installation, and/or configuration is completed.
Response by helpdesk personnel is on a first come first serve basis. Any on-site response by Kisner Systems technicans will be scheduled for the earliest availablity of support staff. However businesses with either EXTENDED or EXTENDED + will have priority over businesses within this plan.
Businesses that choose this plan will purchase Support Credits at $60 a credit and come in 10 credit groups. Each credit is equal to 1 hour of support by Kisner Systems personnel. The credits are purchased in advance of their use and never expire. As credits are used, you will be notified when 5 credits remain within your account. You can continue at the current plan level or change plans. If continuing or upgrading your plan, an invoice will be sent in the amount you wish to purchase. If downgrading, all remaining Support Credits will be used before starting the new plan. A report of Support Credit activity may be requested at anytime. You will be billed a processing fee of $15 for each request.
Response by helpdesk personnel is on a first come first serve basis. Businesses within this plan will receive priority over BASIC businesses only. Any on-site response by Kisner Systems technicans will be guaranteed within 48 hours of our helpdesk receiving your support ticket.
Businesses that choose this plan will purchase Support Credits at $50 a credit and come in 15 credit groups. Each credit is equal to 1 hour of support by Kisner Systems personnel. The credits are purchased in advance of their use and never expire. As credits are used, you will be notified when 5 credits remain within your account. You can continue at the current plan level or change plans. If continuing or upgrading your plan, an invoice will be sent in the amount you wish to purchase. If downgrading, all remaining Support Credits will be used before starting the new plan. A report of Support Credit activity may be requested at anytime with no addition charge.
Response by helpdesk personnel is on a first come first serve basis. Businesses within this plan will receive priority over BASIC and EXTENDED + businesses. Any on-site response by Kisner Systems technicans will be guaranteed within 24 hours of our helpdesk receiving your support ticket.
In addition, a monthly service charge of $100.00 will be billed to your business for receiving the highest priority, lowest Support Credit price and fastest technician guarantee. This fee can be billed quarterly or bi-annually at business's request.
